Does the queen do all the ceremonial things that a head state must do like open legislatures, christen ships and present medals?
I hope this answer is right.
The queen receives little red parcels at her desk everyday full with documents that must be read and if necessary to be signed.She holds commonwealth meetings at Buckingham palace.She is the person who represents the soldiers who died fighting for there country. She is also the only person who can declare when a war has started an when it ends.
